Stores open on Christmas Eve
All Chisholm Hunter stores will be open late on Tuesday 24th December. Please use our store locator page to confirm closing times to avoid disappointment.
Each item is hand-packed with care and attention, then sent to you in discreet outer packaging with no mention of Chisholm Hunter on the outside. So if you’re ordering a gift, or planning a surprise, you can be safe in the knowledge it will remain a secret!
7-day courier delivery or collection from a Chisholm Hunter store is available all year round. Please check store opening times using our store finder before collecting your order.
Please note that orders are not processed on UK Bank Holidays, and there are no dispatches on these dates.
Orders placed during Bank Holiday periods may take longer to arrive. Estimated delivery dates shown on product pages and at checkout will be updated to reflect any Bank Holiday closures where applicable.

You can choose to collect your order from any of our 27 boutiques across the UK, free of charge. We aim to ensure that your order is ready for collection within 3 working days from the date of order. A member of our store team will contact you via telephone or email when your order is in your chosen store awaiting location, we ask that you bring the below with you when collection your order. If valid ID is not presented at the time of collection, the order cannot be supplied.
A valid form of ID:
Customer must present the credit/debit card that was used to pay for the original order. The credit card type must match what is stated on the order form e.g Visa Delta, Mastercard.
The order confirmation e-mail from Website, customer can show printed or confirmation via their mobile device.
